Leo Cai Short Biography
Dr. Leo Cai is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the mobility, automotive, and advanced manufacturing industries in China. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at eHi Car Services, one of China’s leading mobility platforms, where he played a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy, building strategic partnerships, and driving innovation.
Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at several Fortune 500 companies across the IT, semiconductor, and manufacturing sectors, where he led initiatives in business development, strategic transformation, and cross-border operations.
Dr. Cai earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
