We welcome donors who would like to make a long-term commitment to supporting the Public Schools of Brookline through the BEF. Over the years, families and individuals have established named funds to underwrite certain awards and teaching and learning activities in the name of a family member or friend.
Currently, the Brookline Education Foundation presents five awards/fellowships that honor exceptional Brookline educators and grant recipients:
- Ernest R. Caverly Award
- Charlie Baker Legacy Award
- Adam Russell Gelfand Fellowship
- Robert I. Sperber Award
- Margaret Metzger Fellowship Award
In addition, the BEF hosts three named funds that support activities in children’s literature, pre-k enrichment programs, and math and science enrichment:
For more information about named funds or other aspects of giving, please contact the BEF at 617-232-3846 or via email.
