Lisa Kang is a Brookline parent and longtime community volunteer with over 20 years of
experience in clinical research and development. For the past 15 years, she has worked to
build connections across science, technology, and culture while supporting education and
community programs in Brookline. At Hayes School, Lisa serves as a room parent and
participates on the grant review and science fair committees, as well as volunteering for
International Night. Beyond school, she coordinates and cooks for the Community Cook
program, bringing neighbors together through shared service. Lisa’s son Herman is a 6th
grader at Hayes, and she and her husband, Ting, share a deep commitment to creating
enriching educational experiences for all children in Brookline.
