The BEF was thrilled to host an event honoring Dan Bresman, the 2023 recipient of the Robert I. Sperber Award for Administrative Leadership. On Friday evening, October 20, over 200 students, colleagues, friends, and family gathered in the STEM Commons at Brookline High School to honor Dan. The evening featured speeches, performances, an inspiring award acceptance speech by Dan himself, and refreshments catered by BHS’ own Tappan Green restaurant. At Dan’s request, donations honoring his receipt of this prestigious award will be allocated toward funding SEED trainings and other professional development activities promoting educational equity, as this is at the center of Dan’s practice and legacy.
