The Brookline Education Foundation is pleased to announce a new speaker series, Equity in Education. This series will highlight the BEF's work to support equity in education and expand the conversation about how the Public Schools of Brookline can better meet the needs of its diverse student body. The first FREE webinar event is Thursday, February 25th at 7:30 pm, and will showcase the work of SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) grants. Save the Date! The BEF's tradition of 'Celebrating Teachers' each May will make its return this year, in a virtual format. We will be celebrating our two Caverly Award Winners, Francesca Stark (Driscoll) and Betsy Davis (BHS) at 3:30 pm and they will be presenting their acceptance speeches to a limited audience of family and close friends, and we will broadcast them with help from Brookline Interactive Group Live stream. The Boston Marathon is back with historic October running and Team Brookline will be part of the reduced field of runners.
