The Brookline Education Foundation will host the culminating reading for the Metzger Encore Fellowship, a writing program for experienced educators. The fellowship brings together six teachers who previously participated in the Margaret Metzger Writing Fellowship (Tracy Bare, Alexa Cuff, Paul Epstein, Evan Mousseau, Wan Wang, and Jon Weinberger), guiding them to craft polished essays about their professional work in schools. The December event will feature fellows reading 10-minute excerpts from their essays, sharing insights, challenges, and stories from the classroom.
